Mr. Keleher concentrates his practice in construction-related law, commercial litigation, real estate law and insurance defense litigation. He is a former registered professional engineer, and prior to law school, was an officer in the U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps and worked for several years as an engineer in the construction industry. He represents engineers, contractors, subcontractors and property owners in a variety of construction-related matters, including personal injury claims arising out of construction projects, claims of defective construction, professional engineering malpractice claims and contract disputes. He has substantial experience in representing landowners and developers in real estate developments, acquisitions, sales and other transactions as well as real estate litigation.
