Keleher & McLeod, P.A. Announces Three New Shareholders 0



Keleher & McLeod, P.A., has announced that Ann Maloney Conway, Justin B. Breen and Brian Haverly have become Shareholders and Directors of the Firm, effective immediately. The addition of these three bring the number of Firm shareholders to twenty-five.

Ann Maloney Conway Ann Maloney Conway, past President of the Albuquerque Bar Association, has practiced in the Albuquerque area for nearly thirty years and has been with the Keleher firm as of counsel since 2008. A graduate of the Notre Dame Law School, Ms. Conway has been honored annually since 2007 as a Southwest Super Lawyer. She is a recognized expert in her specialty fields of governmental regulation and lobbying, fidelity and surety law, construction litigation, insurance law, insurance bad faith litigation and mediation and arbitration, as well as employment law. She is admitted to practice in the courts of New Mexico and in the U.S. District Court of New Mexico, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. She has a number of professional affiliations and honors, and is past President and serves on the Board of the Albuquerque Museum Foundation for the Museum of Art and History.

Justin B. Breen Justin B. Breen joined the firm as an associate in 2007. He is a graduate of UNM School of Law. His specialties include commercial litigation, probate and real estate law.

Brian J. Haverly Brian J. Haverly has been with the Firm since 2011. Mr. Haverly attended Tulane University, where he graduated with a degree in political science. He is a 2007 graduate of the University of Illinois College of Law, magna cum laude. He practices in utility law, real estate law, commercial and civil litigation including construction law. In addition to his busy practice he is involved in numerous community activities. He is current serving as a member of the Board of the Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce, and is a member of the Business Law Section of the New Mexico State Bar.
