Ms. Blake's practice focuses solely on civil litigation in the defense of medical malpractice, professional liability, and civil rights claims. She practices extensively in federal and state courts throughout New Mexico, and has successfully defended healthcare providers, governmental agencies, and employees either through dismissal on motion, settlement resulting in a monetary savings to the client, or trial.
